COSTA Coffee celebrated the official opening of their brand new drive-thru store in Poole.

The new Safety Drive store began welcoming customers through its doors in January and is one of more than 100 new stores the company and its franchise partners plan to open throughout 2022 as it continues to invest and emerge stronger from the pandemic.

The store was officially opened by local councilor Cllr Judy Butt to celebrate new jobs and investment in the area.

Cllr Judy Butt, Councilor of Creekmoor Ward, said: ‘It has been a huge privilege to officially open the new Costa Coffee here in Creekmoor, Poole. The creation of 15 new jobs, available to local residents, and the huge investment made by Costa Coffee in Poole is so appreciated and valued. Like many other successful local businesses, Costa is fully committed to supporting local communities, ensuring that Poole is a great place to live, work and play.

Costa Coffee Regional Operations Manager Mike Aldridge said: “We are delighted to be bringing a brand new Costa Coffee to Poole, creating new jobs for locals and investing in the community. Our amazing baristas look forward to serving Poole customers their perfectly brewed Costa coffee and tasty food.

The Safety Drive store in Poole is open daily from 6am to 10pm.
